We have two policy for size exchange as per our products.
Policy 1 (Normal Size exchange policy)
We cannot accept size returns on custom(Personalize name, image, date, ETC..) printed products, Please refer policy 2 for the same.
#Return the product to us within 3 days on below address in case of size exchange or refer Policy 2, we will send new size of same product (24 to 48 hours) once product is received by us.(mention your order number for reference while returning your product.)
#Shipping and COD charges will be deducted and new product will be send. Shipping and COD charges is not applicable i.e Any one T-shirt Rs. 50 & any one Hoodie Rs. 100 & COD charges Rs. 50. For multiple orders also COD charges will remain Same.
For example:- Men Round Neck Tee Rs. 599-50(Shipping)-50(COD) = Rs 499/- Customer has to repay Rs 100 /- either COD or online For new size product .

Policy 2 (Personal Customized product)
We cannot accept returns on custom(Personalize name, image, date, ETC..) printed products,
# Email - email@example.com with your (Order number) _returns in the subject field (within 3 days of receipt of the products).
# We will contact you within 24 to 48 working hours.( Public holidays and National Holidays will be exceptional)
# We will provide fresh product of size asked by you in half of the rate + Shipping & COD charges without taking previous product back . (I.E Men Hoodie of Rs 1099/- New product will be of Rs 549/- + Rs 100/- shipping + Rs 50/- COD = Rs 699/- ). This policy can only be used by customer only once for a product . (I.e if customer ordered personalized hoodie and wrong size is provided by him or her We will provide new hoodie in half the cost but while reordering if again wrong size is given. We will not provide any concession in future for that product.) So please be specific while reordering .
Rare of the Rarest Case :-
# We'll happily replace items that arrive damaged or if the quality is unsatisfactory as per norms. Hence in a rare case where you do receive a damaged product, please follow these steps and we would be glad to assist you with the same:
Step 1. Mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with order number and damage in subject line .
Step 2. Provide picture for damaged product.
Step 3. Wait for our call we will contact and resolve your queries and issue.

# Please review your order confirmation email as soon as possible after you place your order to make sure that your order is correct. If you ordered the wrong size, design, or product style we can usually correct the problem only within 24 hours of placing the order.
#We will not provide any exchange or refund on XXXL size product.( till it is damaged or quality is not up to the mark.)
