What is your Size/Product exchange policy?
All products on our website are custom printed especially for you, as soon as you order it. We always want to ensure that you love our products as much as we love making them for you. So we triple check every step along the way to guarantee their quality. Although we cannot accept returns on these custom printed products, we'll happily replace items that arrive damaged or if the quality is unsatisfactory.
Hence in a rare case where you do receive a damaged product, please follow these steps and we would be glad to assist you with the same:
- Email - firstname.lastname@example.org with your (Order number) _returns in the subject field (within 24 hours of receipt of the products).
- Describe in as much detail as possible, the damage to your product and attach digital photographic evidence detailing the damage to the product
- We will contact you within 24 to 48 working hours.
- Please review our size charts before placing your order.
- Please review your order confirmation email as soon as possible after you place your order to make sure that your order is correct. If you ordered the wrong size, design, or product style we can usually correct the problem only within 24 hours of placing the order.
I ordered an incorrect size product by mistake, what should I do?
We don't provide size exchange as we print only for you but we provide another T-Shirt men rs. 350 and women rs. 300 For example - You take men tee from us XL size but that misfits you, now you want L size
So XL will cost you rs. 599 and then L tee will cost Rs. 350
We won't take back XL tee from you.
We are currently unable to issue a refund for products with incorrect size ordered by you or if the products are used, laundered or customer damaged goods. Items that do not match these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied.
